The Location
Marina da Gama. Between mountains and sea. Your own boat at the door.
Two houses, exclusively ours. Eight studios directly on the Zandvlei estuary, a roundtable space on the first floor of Marina Views. A few minutes' walk to the beach. Fifteen minutes to the nearest top winery. From the water deck we set off on the boat tour.
Vlei Cove and Marina Views, Cape Town. Drone footage and on-site photography are used exclusively for participants and for the edition's internal documentation.
Where you stay
Two private houses. For the circle alone.
You stay in two houses directly on the Zandvlei estuary — exclusively for the group, no one else. There are studios for everyone, with room to spare: depending on your preference, you get your own studio or share one through careful matching. Water views from the terrace, breakfast and housekeeping included. Accommodation is part of the investment: no separate hotel, no booking effort, no morning transfer. You wake where you also think, dine and talk.

Getting there is easier than you think.
Entry
Visa-free for German-speaking travellers up to 90 days. A passport (valid 30 days beyond departure, two blank pages) and a return ticket suffice.
Travel
Direct connections and comfortable one-stop routes to Cape Town, around 11–12 hours.
Time zone
Only about one hour’s difference from Central Europe — virtually no jet lag.
Weather
November and March fall in the summer half — warm days, mild evenings, long daylight.
Health
Cape Town and the Western Cape are malaria-free. No mandatory vaccinations; travel insurance recommended.

Who is the speaker?
The name is announced two weeks before the edition. We curate at tier-1 level from the international founder and investor network.
How is the group composed?
Ten company leaders with operational responsibility at the top — founders, CEOs, C-level, owners. We avoid direct competitors within an edition and match profiles in advance.
Can I extend and explore Africa?
Yes, and we even recommend it. Safari (2–3 days), the Garden Route, wine country or whale watching from Hermanus can be added directly. This runs independently of the booking — you extend on your own, we connect you with the right operators and help you plan.
Can my partner come along?
Not during the edition itself — the format thrives on the focus within the circle. For arrival or an extension, gladly; we will arrange it together.
What about safety in Cape Town?
Discreet 24/7 security standby on site, secure chauffeur transfers, a pre-arranged private hospital (Mediclinic Constantiaberg, 15 min). You receive a risk briefing before arrival.
When do I need to decide?
Each edition has ten seats, allocated in order of confirmations. If your preferred edition is full, we move you to the second. The last seats typically close six to eight weeks before the date.

2. General information
We process personal data only where necessary to provide this website, to handle enquiries or to comply with legal obligations. Legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (contract or pre-contractual measures), (c) (legal obligations) and (f) (legitimate interests).
3. Hosting and server log files
When you access this website, the web server automatically processes information in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and status codes. Processing serves to provide the website technically, ensure its stability and security and detect misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are generally deleted after 30 days, unless longer storage is required to investigate security incidents. Where required, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with our hosting provider; any transfer to third countries is based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
4. Contact by phone and email
If you contact us by phone or email, we process your details (e.g. name, number, request) to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.
5. Contact via WhatsApp
This website offers the option to contact us via WhatsApp. If you use the WhatsApp button, you are redirected to the app or WhatsApp Web, and the data you transmit (phone number, profile details, message content) is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. or Meta Platforms. We have no influence over this; WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply. A transfer to the USA is possible. The legal basis for handling your WhatsApp enquiry is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. If you wish to avoid this, please use phone or email.
6. Analytics with Umami
To analyse website usage statistically, we use Umami, a cookieless web analytics tool (provider: Umami Software, Inc.). Umami uses no cookies and stores no data on your device. Only aggregated information that cannot be traced to individuals is collected (e.g. pages viewed, anonymised origin, device type, time on page, and selected interactions such as clicks on contact and action buttons and outbound links). Your IP address is processed for analysis but not stored permanently. As no information is accessed on your device, no consent under § 25 TDDDG is required; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly analytics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any processing on servers in third countries is based on appropriate safeguards.
7. Google Fonts
For a consistent display of fonts, this site loads fonts from servers of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in a consistent, performant display). A transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Cookies and local storage
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and stores no personal data in your local browser storage. The analytics used operates cookielessly (see section 6).
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to certain processing (Art. 21). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Please contact the details listed under section 1.
10. Right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – usually the authority of your federal state or the authority at the controller’s registered office, here the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate.
11. Retention and security
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data; the website is provided over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
